Automated check-in is easy (codes arrive in time etc), but bear in mind that with this kind of arrangement you need to think where you leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in time or leave after check-out time.

Skip the human contact and the reception, skip the breakfast, and you have everything: a large and clean room, microwave oven, water-heat-can, tea and coffe, glasses, bathroom, air conditioning and so on. It was a great solution (a less luxurious one), but more than decent if you only need the basics. Fair for the money, simple and with no surprises.
